Unused & Resaleable
Products must be returned in unused, resaleable condition in their original packaging.
Authorisation Required
You must receive a Returns Authorisation document from us before sending anything back.
Refund Within 14 Days
Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting your return.

How to Initiate a Return
Email Us
Contact us at info@solveinnovations.co.uk with your order reference and the items you wish to return. We respond within one business day.
Receive Your Returns Authorisation
We will issue a Returns Authorisation document (SOL-RETURN-…). Please include a printed copy inside your parcel — returns without authorisation cannot be processed.
Pack Securely & Send
Pack goods securely in their original packaging. Return postage is your responsibility unless goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. We recommend a tracked service.
Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation.

- Products in their original packaging
- Faulty or defective items (any time within the 20-year warranty)
- Items incorrectly supplied by SolVe Innovations Ltd
Not Eligible for Return
- Products that have been installed or used
- Items not in original packaging
- Items returned without a Returns Authorisation document

Always include your Returns Authorisation document inside the parcel — returns without one cannot be processed.
We recommend a tracked delivery service. You are responsible for return postage unless goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Your Money Back
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of your returned goods. Refunds are sent by bank transfer (BACS) as standard. If your original payment was by card, we can refund via Stripe — let us know when you initiate the return.
Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return postage is the customer's responsibility except where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
