SolVe Innovations Ltd is the data controller for the personal data processed through this App.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Account and registration details

When you create an account, we collect:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your company name (optional)
• A hashed password — your actual password is never stored

2.2 Purchase records

If you make a purchase, transactions are processed securely by Stripe. We receive a transaction record (amount, date, reference) from Stripe for our own accounting records. 2.3 Device sensor data

The App uses your device’s magnetometer and accelerometer to locate roof nails during scanning sessions. This sensor data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

• No location or GPS data — the App does not request or use your device’s location services.
• No camera access — the App does not use your camera.
• No contacts access — the App does not read your address book.
• No advertising identifiers — we do not use IDFA, GAID, or any other advertising ID.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Provide and improve the App’s features
• Process and record purchases
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with our legal obligations (including UK financial record-keeping requirements)

5. Third-Party Processors

The only named third-party data processor we use is Stripe, for payment processing. Stripe is certified to PCI DSS Level 1. Please review their privacy policy at stripe.com/gb/privacy.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

• Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted upon verified request.
• Purchase records are retained for 7 years in accordance with UK financial and tax compliance requirements.

RafterFinder is a professional tool intended for use by solar installation contractors. 9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including password hashing, encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), and restricted access to production systems. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
